This window allows the user to review or edit product
settings.
Most important settings are:
- Reload or no recently used project
- Minimize the program to tray or to task bar (by default)
- Date and time format for $DATE$ and $TIME$ macros.
- Should the program fetch all data for "SQL" events or the first
value only.
- Log level
