Your guarantee period starts from the day we send you notification message with product key and download URL. Please contact our support team to cancel your payment.

Acceptable Circumstances

• You have faced technical problems in the ordered tool that we can’t fix or provide workaround shortly.
• You have compatibility or performance issue that can’t be fixed.
• You have ordered wrong product and need to order another our tool.

For critical cases we accept refund requests between 21 and 60 days after purchasing. No refunds are possible after 60 day period expiration.
