DTM Data Scrubber supports following command line switches:

-r - if project configured, run clearing at program startup

-v - if project configured, run verification at program startup

-q - quit application after the project execution

-c - console mode.

Also you can use project name as a command line parameter. Please note that you should use quotation for path or filename with spaces:
"c:\Program Files\DTM Data Scrubber\scr.exe" "D:\Projects And Files\test2testscr.scp"
