Q: I cannot install the program. Instead, I get messages about low memory or a bad checksum.
A: The installation file is probably damaged. Download the good one from download.html.
Q: I need to install 15 copies of the software. Do you offer silent installation mode?
A: Yes, the customers who have volume licenses can use Windows Installer (.MSI) for corporate/remote installation.

Q: I cannot run the product. It displays the messages that the required DLL is not found.
A: You should reinstall the product. Some of its components are either not installed or damaged.
Q: I could not run the product under Windows NT 4.0.
A: You should download the file MFC42 and unpack it into the program directory.
Q: I cannot uninstall the program from the system.
A: Perhaps, the "unins000.dat" file is absent, try to reinstall the product using the same path and
then uninstall it. Or contact us and we will send you this file for the typical configuration.
