Q: The "Manage" button does not work. What can I do?
A: The program does not support this feature for Oracle Call Interface connections.

Q: The program could not find the information about database instances and shows an empty list.
A: Most likely, the program could not find the "tnsnames.ora" file. The program searches using one of the two paths ("ORACLE_HOME\network\admin\tnsnames.ora" or "ORACLE_HOME\net80\admin\tnsnames.ora"). Make sure that the "tnsnames.ora" file is located where the program can access it.
