DTM soft releases new version of DTM Data Comparer
New database comparison and synchronization capabilities for users, DBA and developers.

DTM Data Comparer is a data comparison and synchronization tool designed to work in heterogeneous, multivendor environment. It supports most popular unified database access interfaces like ODBC or OLE DB that makes a comparison process database independent.

Though the last major update of the program has been released 15 months ago, software developers got over 150 e-mails with valuable customer’s suggestions; most of which have been implemented in this new version.

In addition, product’s user interface has been redesigned to make comparison more visual an intuitive. Compare and synchronize your data easy with DTM Data Comparer.

The problem of comparing and synchronizing data in two tables emerges almost daily when you develop and maintain information systems. DTM Data Comparer allows the administrator or developer to perform these operations both in visual form and in command line mode. Importantly, it supports connection with different data sources and supports all common database interfaces, whether it is ODBC, OLE DB, IDAPI, or even Oracle Call Interface. This feature helps to use the program in multivendor environment, that is, to compare and synchronize databases of different types.

Conveniently, DTM Data Comparer can compare and synchronize two tables with different structure using the 'mapping' feature. The comparison report (in HTML format) helps the user to save the results of comparison in a convenient visual way.

A large number of settings make the comparison and synchronization process fully customizable. The program generates SQL script for data synchronization. It can be executed entirely or partially (also automatically in command line mode) or saved to a disk file.
